We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Front End Web Developer (m/f/d) to help us bridge the gap between graphic design and technical implementation.

• Development of new user-oriented features and websites
• Creation of reusable code and modules for future use
• Application optimization for maximum speed and scalability
• Creation of architectures and concepts for feature development
• Ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
• Ensure quality in all deployment processes and conduct code reviews
• Select appropriate testing tools and perform end-to-end testing to ensure functionality of interfaces for various browsers and operating systems.

Relevant work experience in web development with knowledge in:

• JavaScript ES6 / Vanilla JS
• HTML5
• CSS3
• npm, Node.js
• Vite, webpack
• Modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue.js, Svelte or Angular
• Page speed improvements
• Code versioning tools like Git
• Cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them
• CMS we use: Statamic, Wordpress, Webflow, Hubspot, Shopify
• Either fluent German or English skills, both written and spoken

Ideally:

• Completed degree in (business) computer science or a comparable qualification
• Good understanding of SEO principles
• Experience with deployment mechanisms or technologies
• Experience with Tailwind CSS, Laravel or Statamic
• Basic knowledge of image editing to be able to crop, resize or make small adjustments to images. Knowledge with tools like Gimp or Photoshop is a plus
