Webnique is about taking the initiative and creating something new. We will then make it perfect together. No hesitation, but quick individual action to achieve the best possible result as a team. Instead of just talking about it, we hit the ground running.
We like to make conscious decisions and give both parties the time to recap the interviews. However, don't worry, we will not waste any time informing you about our decision.
We are very happy about every application and want to look through them carefully. Often there are other parties involved besides HR, such as the respective job department. Accordingly, we aim to get back to each application within 7-10 days.
The duration of the application process depends on the position to be filled. Normally we conduct 1-3 interviews with you to get to know you and to give you a realistic impression of Webnique and the position. If necessary, you will have the chance to prove your skills in a small professional test. The different interviews will of course take place close to each other.
The first step is done - you are now officially a part of the team! On your first day you will receive all the information you need as well as your equipment in the office, that is where you also get to know your colleagues. You will be informed about all the systems and platforms we use on a daily basis to ensure communication within the team, among other things. Of course, the team will be there to help and advise you if any questions arise. The technical introduction will be done by someone from your department.
