Webnique is about taking the initiative and creating something new. Together, we'll make it perfect. No hesitation, but quick individual action to achieve the best possible result as a team. Instead of just talking about it, we hit the ground running.
The first step is done - you're now officially part of Webnique! On your first day in the office, you will receive all the information you need, as well as your equipment, and get to know your colleagues. You will be informed about all systems and platforms that we use every day to guarantee communication within the team, among other things. Of course, the team is there to help and advise you if you have any questions. Someone from your department will then provide the technical introduction.
We are very happy to receive every application and would like to review it carefully. In addition to HR, other parties are often involved, such as the respective job department. We therefore aim to respond to every application within 7-10 days.
The duration of the application process depends on the position to be filled. We usually do 1-3 interviews with you to get to know you and give you a realistic impression of Webnique and the position. If necessary, you may have the chance to prove your skills with a small professional test. The various discussions will, of course, take place in a timely manner.
We make thoughtful decisions and want to give both parties time to review the interviews. Nevertheless, it is our priority to inform you of a decision as soon as possible. You can expect around 3 days.
