Your mission
You will be responsible for the technical architecture of our SaaS products and help us grow from a classic agency to a product-oriented company. You'll work closely with our founding team, use cutting-edge AI-based development tools, and build systems that scale. For you, AI is not an add-on, but an integral part of your development and architecture strategy. You use AI specifically to sustainably improve code quality, speed and scalability.

Must-have
- 3-5+ years of experience in the development of production web apps
- Multi-stack comfort: You feel at home with various technologies (Laravel, WordPress, React/Next.js, etc.)
- AI-powered way of working: You're already actively using tools such as Cursor, Claude or GitHub Copilot in your daily workflow (not just “interested” — you're working with them)
- Architectural thinking: You can design systems, not just process tickets
- Autonomous Operator: You don't need micromanagement, but work independently
- You move safely between architecture, coding, deployment and product thinking
Nice-to-have
- Experience with stripe/payment systems
- SaaS product experience (not just agency projects)
- DevOps basics (deployment, monitoring, CI/CD)
- Communicating technical decisions to non-technicians
