What it's about

You are the central point of contact for all commercial and administrative matters at Webnique. From preparatory accounting and payment transactions to correspondence with offices and authorities and overseeing payroll, you ensure that everything runs smoothly, punctually, and reliably in the background.

This role is designed for a mini-job or part-time basis (hours by arrangement). You will take over a well-established area that has been managed for many years — with room to further modernize and digitize it.

How you support us

  • Preparatory accounting: Collect, review, code, and prepare documents for the tax advisor
  • Payment transactions: Prepare and approve transfers, monitor deadlines
  • Oversee payroll (performed by the tax advisor) and ensure accurate disbursements
  • Manage incoming invoices: Review, approve, follow up on, and archive incoming invoices
  • Correspondence with tax authorities, insurance companies, public authorities, and service providers
  • General administrative tasks related to office operations (contracts, insurance, document filing)
  • Close collaboration with tax advisor, management, and team
  • Modernize and streamline processes with AI support

What sets you apart

  • Completed vocational training in business administration (e.g., office administrator, tax assistant) or a comparable qualification
  • Experience in bookkeeping and office management — ideally in an agency, an SME, or a law firm
  • Proficiency in common office tools (Word, Excel, Google Workspace)
  • Structured, meticulous, and reliable work style — you thrive on deadlines and numbers
  • You work independently, think proactively, and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Discretion and loyalty are paramount to you
  • Eagerness to work with modern tools and actively improve processes (familiarity with AI is a plus)
  • Very good German language skills (C1/native speaker), basic English
